My Genes Can Evolve Limitlessly·Chapter 361

# Chapter 361: Submission

Noticing Lu Yuan's gaze, Garton, Kro, and the others snapped back to their senses. Their faces drained of color as they spun around to flee.

Yet their bodies refused to move. They remained exactly where they stood.

Spatial Rift — Infinite Space.

In Lu Yuan's current state, even War Gods like Garton and Kro couldn't escape this spatial prison. No matter how they struggled, they could only churn in place.

Realizing what had happened, both War Gods went pale.

"What kind of ability is this?!"

Kro snarled, green luminescence rippling across his body as he erupted with everything he had.

"Break! Shatter, damn you!"

But no matter how desperately Kro fought, he couldn't breach Spatial Rift's cage.

Beside him, light flickered through Garton's eyes. His Aberration had granted him space-related abilities, and through that perception he could see the spatial threads — countless filaments woven into an impossibly dense web encircling every one of them. Even he could tell at a glance that unraveling it was hopeless.

*Too many!*

Despair crept into Garton's eyes.

"This human is too powerful!"

The Battle Saints nearby had already surrendered to their fate, standing motionless, no longer struggling.

"...Even My Lord is dead... How could we possibly escape?"

"Forget it. Just accept it..."

While they were talking, Lu Yuan materialized before them.

Every Blood of Machinery member stared at him with naked terror.

Lu Yuan's gaze swept over them. He noticed the flesh clinging to their mechanical bodies and frowned slightly.

Then Radiant Fire blazed to life around him once more, engulfing every Blood of Machinery member within its luminous embrace — Garton and Kro included.

Under the Radiant Fire, the parasitic flesh reacted as though it had encountered something utterly abhorrent. Blood vessels writhed violently, and the flesh itself convulsed and shuddered.

Lu Yuan directed the Radiant Fire's power primarily against the flesh, but the mechanical bodies of the Blood of Machinery members still took collateral damage. Scorch marks blackened their metal frames, and some of the Battle Saints' metallic bodies began to melt.

One by one, the Blood of Machinery members trembled violently under the twin assault of the flesh's backlash and Radiant Fire's residual force. Electric sparks crackled across their frames. Their mouths opened, invisible mechanical waves carrying agonized screams in every direction.

Two Mechanical Battle Saints couldn't withstand it. Their mechanical bodies detonated on the spot, their life force scattering into nothing.

Moments later, under the searing blaze of Radiant Fire, the parasitic flesh burned away to ash.

When the flesh had been fully purged, Lu Yuan extinguished his Radiant Fire. Only six remained: the two War Gods, Garton and Kro, and four Battle Saints.

The four Battle Saints' metal bodies were severely damaged, their auras feeble. Garton and Kro had also sustained significant injuries, though most of the damage came from the flesh's internal backlash rather than Lu Yuan's Radiant Fire itself — its residual force hadn't hurt them too badly.

Lu Yuan regarded the weakened group, and the corner of his mouth curved upward.

Until now, he had never used Mechanical God's control ability on members of the Mechanical Race. Using it on ordinary Mechanical Race civilians was out of the question — he wasn't that deranged.

But here were perfect test subjects, right when he needed them.

Phantom gears materialized in Lu Yuan's eyes, their teeth meshing with precision as they began to turn.

He activated the Mechanical God Combat Technique. Iron-gray radiance pulsed outward, enveloping Garton and the others. They stiffened in surprise, and before any of them could resist, they froze in place. The light in their mechanical eyes flickered wildly.

Seconds later, the radiance faded, and the frantic light in their eyes settled into calm.

Then Garton and Kro took the lead, dropping to one knee in the vacuum of space. The four Battle Saints followed suit. Garton's voice rang with devout reverence:

"Master!"

Lu Yuan smiled.

*Not bad at all.*

He hadn't expected it to work so completely — even on Mechanical Race War Gods corrupted by Aberration.

Of course, this was partly because his current strength far exceeded Garton's and Kro's. Without that power gap, he doubted he could have seized control of all of them so effortlessly.

Still, the results were more than satisfactory. Two War God-level subordinates and four Battle Saints — no matter the task ahead, having them would be an advantage.

Lu Yuan smiled. "Rise."

Garton and the others stood, assuming respectful stances.

Lu Yuan glanced at them, then extended a finger. Iron-gray light flowed from its tip, and in the next instant, their battered bodies began to mend.

Life Spirit's healing worked poorly on the Mechanical Race, but Mechanical God could restore mechanical components directly — and the results were remarkably effective.

With Lu Yuan's current power, it took only moments to fully repair all of them.

Garton, Kro, and the four Battle Saints looked brand-new. They examined their restored bodies, expressions brightening with surprised delight.

"Thank you, Master!"

Lu Yuan regarded them with a faint smile. "By the way — where are the other two Blood of Machinery War Gods?"

Kro answered immediately:

"McPherson and Barbara are surveilling the counterattack force. They're at the front lines right now, planning to coordinate with the Divine Grade Aberrant Beasts in a pincer attack to crush the allied forces."

Lu Yuan's brow creased.

He had already suspected as much when he'd found only two War Gods at Blood of Machinery's headquarters. Hearing it confirmed still weighed on him.

"Let's go. Take me to the front lines — help me find those two."

"Yes, Master!"

Garton and the others bowed their heads.

Spatial power surged, and Lu Yuan vanished with them.

In the distance, Adela had watched Lu Yuan slay the King of Flesh with barely contained elation. He clenched his fist and pumped it several times, as if he'd been the one to deliver the killing blow.

He was about to approach Lu Yuan when he saw the human appear before the remaining Blood of Machinery members. Adela stopped, deciding to observe how the human powerhouse would deal with the traitors. No sense in interrupting.

Cold fury burned in his eyes as he glared at the Blood of Machinery members. He wanted nothing more than to tear them apart.

If not for Blood of Machinery, the breach would never have fallen. If the breach hadn't fallen, the Mechanical Kingdom wouldn't be overrun with Aberrant Beasts. Countless planets wouldn't have been destroyed, and so many of his people wouldn't have died.

To every citizen of the Mechanical Race, the members of Blood of Machinery were mortal enemies.

Soon, Adela watched Radiant Fire blaze to life around Lu Yuan, engulfing the traitors. Seeing them writhe in agony, a grim smile of satisfaction crossed his face.

*Killing them outright would be too kind!*

*They deserve to suffer!*

The Radiant Fire faded, and only six Blood of Machinery members remained.

Adela was wondering what further torment the human powerhouse had in store when iron-gray light flashed — and the remaining Blood of Machinery members dropped to their knees before him.

Adela's mind went blank.

He stood frozen, staring in bewilderment at the kneeling traitors.

*What just happened?!*

*Those Blood of Machinery members... what is going on?*

*They submitted? How is that even possible?*

His head swam with questions.

While he was still processing it, Lu Yuan vanished — and the Blood of Machinery members vanished with him.

Only after they disappeared did Adela snap out of it.

He cursed under his breath. "Damn it! I forgot to go meet up with My Lord! Where are they heading next?"

After a moment's thought, he decided to contact Mados and the others. They still hadn't arrived, and by now there was nothing left for them to do here. Better to tell them not to bother coming.

The front lines.

After the Divine Grade Aberrant Beasts had joined the battle, the Spirit Power fluctuations across the battlefield grew terrifying.

Left unchecked, even a single Divine Grade Aberrant Beast could annihilate the entire counterattack force.

But the allied War Gods would never stand idle.

Every last one of them charged forward to engage the Divine Grade Aberrant Beasts head-on.

The Human Race had three War Gods present. The Beast Race had four. The Elf Race had four. The Mechanical Race had five. Sixteen War Gods in total.

With the Mechanical Race War Gods spearheading the assault, they clashed with the Divine Grade Aberrant Beasts.

The beasts numbered twelve, and every one of them was devastatingly powerful. The sixteen War Gods coordinated with impressive precision, yet even working together, they could only manage a slight edge — suppressing the beasts without being able to defeat them, let alone kill them.

The fighting carried far from the front lines, tearing through the endless void.

In a remote patch of vacuum, Blood of Machinery's McPherson and Barbara waited in the shadows with thirteen Battle Saints.

McPherson's deep violet eyes glimmered with threads of green light as he watched the distant battle in perfect stillness.

Beside him stood Barbara, a Mechanical Race War God encased in white metal plating, her body similarly laced with parasitic flesh.

"McPherson," Barbara said, breaking the silence. "When do we strike?"

McPherson studied the battlefield. After a pause, his eyes narrowed. "Not yet. The four races' War Gods are still at full strength. If we move now, we'll only tip them off. Wait until they've worn each other down and an opening appears — then we hit them. One strike, one kill."

Barbara nodded. "Very well. We'll do it your way."

The battle raged on. Aberrant Beasts and War Gods fought with the fury of mortal enemies, locked in a death struggle from the very first exchange. Gradually, both sides began accumulating injuries.

Then an eye embedded in one of a massive Aberrant Beast's tentacles discharged a green beam that struck the arm of the Beast Race's black giant-ape War God.

His arm exploded instantly, green streaks searing across the wound.

The ape War God had already been carrying injuries. This critical blow sent him reeling backward with a furious roar, eyes blazing with rage.

In the distance, McPherson watched the scene unfold and narrowed his eyes.

"Now! Kill Lie Yuan first!"

Cold light flashed through Barbara's eyes. She nodded.

Both of them vanished simultaneously, hurtling toward the giant-ape War God.

Lie Yuan had just taken the devastating hit and was retreating to tend to his wounds when the space behind him tore open. McPherson and Barbara emerged in unison.

Horrific green flames blazed in both their hands. They swept their palms forward, and the green fire swallowed Lie Yuan whole.

"AAARGH!!!"

Lie Yuan's body burned within the green inferno, his screams tearing through the void.

The War Gods of all four races turned at the sound, and every face contorted with shock.
